Specializing in single varietal and blends tailored after the French and Italian style red wines, we have honed in on perfecting our flavors and quality. All our wines are aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months and up to 30 months.
Rellim Wines produces a family of fine wines, each carefully crafted and presented as best in their class. We source grapes from throughout California from the lush Central Valley to the heart of Sonoma, choosing only the finest specimens from the best vineyards. We then age them in new French oak barrels until they meet our exacting standards.
Our philosophy is that wine should delight the senses, challenge expectations, but not confound the drinker. There should be something reassuringly familiar, yet still surprise and charm. While we are constantly experimenting to produce the best possible wine, we eschew change for change’s sake and celebrate traditional methods from both the old world and those that have been developed here in the new.
This constant process of seeking out the finest grapes, and refining our vinting process has afforded us a range of labels to choose from. We feel confident that you will find something special in all of them, (even if one becomes a favorite). Rellim Proprietary Red Blend
This proprietary red blend has taken fruit from the central coast of California as well as the Santa Barbara region. Grapes of Cabernet Suavignon, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot, Merlot, and Malbec varietals have been brought together.
The culmination of which brings about a traditional full bodied Bordeaux style wine due to extended Aging in French oak barrels.
Jean Davide Cabernet Sauvignon and 2018 AND 2019
We are very excited as both our 2018 and 2019 Jean Davide Cabernet Sauvignons are available.
This is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon from a single-vineyard estate at the heart of Sonoma.
Made in the traditional French custom and aged for 19months in new French oak barrels, this full-bodied Cabernet is smooth yet tannic, arriving at just the right balance.

Sainte Luci releases "The Jaxson"
This is a new verital for the Sainte Luci label, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Like any great Cab’, The Jaxson is a do-all, go-to red that can be dressed up or can go easy and casual, too.
This one is grown on the Cintral coast of California before being aged in French oak for 18 months.
The oak really helpd to bring out the rich flavors of cherry, vanilla, and black better, finishing tannic and deeply satifying.
Whether you’re pairing with a fine aged steak, or just munching on hors d’oeuvres with friends, we think you’ll find The Jaxson a very welcome companion.
Introducing "Mo Chuisle"
Mo Chuisle is an Irish Gaelic term of affection and we think you’ll soon feel that sense of warmth with this lovely Cabernet grown in Sonoma and aged in 100% new French oak barrels for 22 months before being bottled.
Full-bodied, smooth yet tannic, Mo Chuisle hits just the right balance of heft and levity.
Pair with cheese, charcuterie, or your favorite meats.

We;re really excited about how this came out. So much so, we decided to give it’s own label.
While it shares the classic and beloved charatertistics of a great Cab’, like tannins, dark fruits, like black current and cherry as well ad hints of leather and vnailla, we think you’ll find this wine striking and unique.
