Since our start in 2013 Rellim Vineyards has maintained and upheld a commitment to only release wine that meets our exacting standards of excellence.
Or to put it more simply: we only bottle the good years. It is for this reason that you will not see a 2017 release. The harvest simply did not make the grade due to the smoke taint from the fires that year.
All grapes are taken from single vineyards here on the west coast that meet our quality expectations for all varietals and will only be used if expectations are met in the harvest year.
This commitment to excellence led to a double gold at the San Francisco International Wine Competition for our 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon.
We are small and we like it this way. It means we do not have to compromise for profits sake nor are we beholden to corporate forces or even retail pressure, as we sell exclusively here, from our vineyard directly to you.
